Donation Request

What to Expect:

Once we have received your request, we will email you back to confirm the date. If you chose to include online sales, be sure to enter the Fundraiser Code so that those sales will count towards your total. 

Please note that Das Bierhalle is not responsible for the promotion of your fundraiser. You're more than welcome to create a flyer and post on social media, we will share/co-host as long as applicable. 

We allow our fundraisers to be all-day events, to give your organization the best chance at raising money. Das Bierhalle will donate 20% of all REGULAR PRICED SALES back to your organization. This does not include Happy Hour, or any other already discounted items. Please ensure that your group indicates to their bartender that they are part of the fundraiser as soon as possible so that items purchased are appropriately rung in! 

After your fundraiser, we will total the sales and write a check for 20% of that total. The more people you invite to participate, the more your donation will be! We will contact the Point of Contact on this form to pick up a check, or mail out a check within 7 days.
